We had a wonderful experience with Barbara. It took us awhile to find the perfect getaway cabin for us and Barb was extremely patient and helpful. Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our new home! We would highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking in the Pine/Strawberry area and or anywhere nearby.

"She is professional and efficient."
Barbara is the best! She is professional and efficient, but also warm and friendly. Her deep knowledge of the area was a huge advantage in locating options in a very tight market. She persistently searched until she found the right home for our family. Because we were traveling up from Phoenix, the logistics were a little complicated, but Barb was very flexible and accommodating. She facilitated all the last few repairs and inspections since we couldn’t be there all the time. In our particular situation, the negotiations were a little tricky, but she managed the right balance of firmness and empathy. I’d highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in Rim Country.
